All content, training material, and information shared through our courses, website, or any other channel is strictly for educational purposes only. Nothing shared by us should be construed as investment advice, stock tips, or financial guidance.

All users and enrolled students are solely responsible for their own trading and investment decisions. The Academy, its founder, and its instructors are not responsible for any profits or losses incurred as a result of applying information learned through our training programmes.

Access to course materials, sessions, and resources is strictly limited to enrolled students only. Course access, credentials, and materials may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any third party. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

All course materials, videos, presentations, frameworks, strategies, written content, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Wise Stock Research Academy. Reproduction, distribution, recording, or resale of any content — in whole or in part — without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

All payments made towards course enrolment are subject to our refund and cancellation policy. The seat reservation fee of ₹2,000 is non-refundable once a seat is confirmed. The balance course fee is to be paid at the centre before the commencement of the programme. We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, and Cash.

Wise Stock Research Academy, its directors, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages resulting from the use of our training, website, materials, or any information provided through our services. Trading in financial markets involves significant risk of loss.

Wise Stock Research Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or enrolment in courses after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
